Terms of Service

"Service" means the Strong Investments website (www.strong-investments.com), the automated FX trading platform, dashboard, APIs, and all related services.

"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Strong Investments Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11328165).

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

"Agent" refers to the automated trading algorithm operated by Strong Investments that executes trades on your behalf.

"OANDA Account" refers to your personal brokerage account held directly with OANDA, an FCA-regulated broker.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must have your own OANDA brokerage account. Strong Investments does not open, manage, or hold brokerage accounts on your behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in abusive behaviour.

Strong Investments provides an automated FX trading tool that connects to your OANDA brokerage account via API. The Agent analyses market conditions and executes trades on the currency pairs available through the platform.

What we do: Provide trading software that sends trade instructions to your OANDA account based on algorithmic analysis.

What we do not do: We do not provide financial advice, investment management, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. Your capital remains in your own OANDA account at all times.

The Service is a software tool. Any decision to use the Service and connect your brokerage account is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To use the trading features, you must provide a valid OANDA API token. By doing so, you authorise Strong Investments to:

- View your OANDA account information (balance, positions, trade history)

- Place, modify, and close trades on your behalf according to the Agent's signals

- Respect the trading budget and risk level you configure in your dashboard

Your API token is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. You may disconnect your OANDA account and revoke access at any time through your dashboard settings.

Trading foreign exchange involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

- Past performance of the Agent does not guarantee future results

- You may lose some or all of your invested capital

- Market conditions, technical failures, or connectivity issues may affect trade execution

- The Agent's performance may vary and is not guaranteed

- You are solely responsible for determining whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. Referral bonuses may extend the trial period.

Paid Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Agent or trading algorithms

- Share your account credentials or API tokens with third parties

- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks

- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

- Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in any form of market abuse

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to Strong Investments Group Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes in accordance with these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

No Guarantee: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Trading Losses: Strong Investments is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from the use of the Service, including losses caused by Agent errors, system downtime, connectivity issues, or market conditions.

Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strong Investments Group Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

FX markets operate on specific schedules. The Agent trades only during market hours and may pause during weekends, bank holidays, or periods of extreme market volatility.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination:

- All open positions managed by the Agent will remain in your OANDA account (they are not automatically closed)

- Your OANDA API connection will be disconnected

- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

The Service integrates with third-party services including OANDA (brokerage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Strong Investments is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OANDA or any other brokerage.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
